Higher Committee for Coordinating Humanitarian Aid in Darfur Approves Fast Track Procedures.
The Higher Committee for Coordinating Humanitarian Aid in Darfur met Wednesday under chairmanship of the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Dr. Haroun Lual Ron Deng, and the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Sudan, Ms. Ameerah Haq, and approved a number of procedures in the fast track to facilitate and enhance the delivery of humanitarian aid for Darfur.

Minister of Labour, Public Service and Human Resources Development Alison Manani Magaya, urged for changing the labour's behaviour in order to make a success the newly-adopted experiment of decreasing weekly working days to 5 days.

Sudan and Turkey sign a number of cooperation agreements
Sudan and Turkey signed here Monday three cooperation agreements, including a memo of understanding between the foreign ministries in the two countries for political coordination, an agreement on financing of water project of Khartoum State from the Turkish Exports Bank besides an executive programme on cooperation in the fields of scientific research and higher and general education.

Wau Radio and TV Rehabilitated
The rehabilitation project of the Radio and Television of Wau, capital of West Bahr Al-Ghazal State, would be completed within the coming days in the context of the policy of the Government of Southern Sudan to convey the message of peace to all citizens. General Director of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting at the Government of Southern Sudan Mustafa Piong Ajack said in a statement to SUNA that rehabilitation of radio and TV stations is necessary for conveying the message of peace to the people. He pointed out that information cadres would be trained.
